This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned notice dated 14.6.2025, under Section 3(1) of the Uttar Pradesh Control of Goondas Act, 1970 issued by respondent no.2 in Case No.71 of 2025 under section 2/3 of the Uttar Pradesh Control of Goondas Act, 1970 against the petitioner. 2. There is yet no order against the petitioner. The petitioner has already replied to the notice dated 14.6.2025 on 26.6.2025. 3. In view of the fact that the notice has been replied to, no interference is warranted in this matter. It is expected of the Additional Commissioner of Police Commissionerate, Ghaziabad that he would look into the reply and dispose of the matter preferably within a period of one month of the presentation of the certified copy of this order. 4.
