Although, the prayer made in this writ petition is to quash the First Information Report dated 22.6.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No.160 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 118(1), 121(1), 132, 196 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, at Police Station - Awagarh, District Etah, but at the time when the matter is taken up learned counsel for the petitioner confines his relief to grant of protection under section 35 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 3.
