Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 06.05.2025, registered as Case Crime No.124 of 2025, under sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3) of BNS and section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), SC/ST Act, Police Station S. M. South, District Shahjahanpur. 3. Upon being informed that charge sheet has been submitted by the police in the instant matter, learned counsel for the petitioners prayed that the present petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail appropriate remedy available under law. 4.
