Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 01.06.2025, registered as Case Crime No.80 of 2025, under sections 85, 115(2), 352 of B.N.S., 2023, and section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Adampur, District Varanasi. 3. Upon being informed that charge sheet has been submitted by the police in the instant matter, learned counsel for the petitioners prayed that the present petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail appropriate remedy available under law. 4.
