This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 09.6.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 526 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 109(1), 127(2), 140(1), 351(3) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Kotwali Shahar, District Bulandshahr. 2.
