This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 06.02.2023 registered as Case Crime No.48 of 2023, under Sections 8/20/29/27(a) of N.D.P.S. Act, 1985, section 307 IPC and section 3/25 of Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Lalauli, District Fatehpur and a direction to the respondent authorities not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned first information report. 3. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been falsely implicated. 4.
