This writ petition has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report dated 23.05.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No.0251 of 2025, under Sections 69, 351(2), 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023 and under Sections 66E, 67, 67a of I.T. (Amendment Act, 2008), P.S. Noida Sector-39, District Gautam Buddha Nagar. 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that bare perusal of the first information report shows that petitioner no.1 and respondent no.4 had been in relationship since 2013. Learned counsel for the petitioners further states that the petitioners no.2 to 5 have been falsely roped in the instant case. 4. Matter requires consideration. 5.
