This writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent- authorities not to harass the petitioner as well as the family members of the petitioner in pursuance of the First Information Report dated 30.9.2024 giving rise to Case Crime No.77 of 2024 under sections 323, 504 and 452 of Indian Penal Code and section 3(1-dha) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Police Station Kaushambi, District Kaushambi. 2.
