Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents. 2. The prayer made in the writ petition is that the Court may direct the authority concerned to lodge the FIR. 3. Learned AGA for State-respondents has objected to the aforesaid prayer and has submitted that the petitioner has an effcacious remedy under Section 173(4) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ( BNSS-2023). 4. We do find substance in the submission made by learned AGA. If the petitioner is intending to get the FIR lodged which has not been lodged by the police, he may make application under Section 173(4) of BNSS-2023 which shall be dealt with in accordance with law. 5.
