Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 14.01.2025, registered as Case Crime No.10 of 2025, under sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 324(4), 329(3), 125 of B.N.S., Police Station Baharia, District Allahabad. 3. Upon being informed that charge sheet has been submitted by the police in the instant matter, learned counsel for the petitioners prayed that the present petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail appropriate remedy available under law. 4.
