Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to conduct the investigation by the independent authority in Case Crime No.190 of 2025, under sections 85, 80(2) of BNS and section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Bhojpur, District Moradabad. (ii). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to arrest the respondent nos.5 to 7 in pursuance of Case Crime No.190 of 2025, under sections 85, 80(2) of BNS and section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Bhojpur, District Moradabad." 3. Learned AGA informed that the police has submitted final report in this case on 23.06.2025 4. Under such circumstances, no further order is required to be passed.
