This writ petition has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report dated 14.6.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No.3654 of 2023, under Section 135 of Indian Electricity Act (Amendment) 2003, Police Station - Anti Power Theft, Police Station Firozabad, District Firozabad. 3. The petitioner under Section 152 of the Electricity Act, 2003 can always file for the compounding of the offence under Section 135 of the Electricity Act. 4. Under such circumstances, if the petitioner moves an application within a period of ten days, the same shall be considered and disposed of within a period of one month thereafter. 5.
