This writ petition has been filed for commanding the respondent no.6 for arresting of the respondent nos. 8 to 11 as well as to transfer the case Crime No.0075 of 2025 from Police Station Pahadi to any other Police Station of District Chitrakoot for fair investigation. 3. It is stated that a part of the prayer made by the petitioner with regard to the transfer of the case has already been granted to the petitioner, in as much as, the case was transferred, vide order dated 1.07.2025, to another investigating agency. 4. So far as, the Investigation / arrest etc. is concerned we are of the view that any direction vis a vis arrest etc. would be an interference in the domain of investigating agencies.
