This writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to take legal action as also for lodging a First Information Report against respondent no.5 along with some other persons to stop them from doing illegal activities in the petitioner's house. 2. From the perusal of the writ petition and from the arguments of learned counsel for the petitioner, we conclude that the petitioner is aggrieved by the behaviour of his daughter-in-law i.e. the respondent no.5 and also with regard to the fact that the police is siding with the respondent no.5 and is not helping the petitioner. 3. Learned AGA has opposed the writ petition and has submitted that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the behaviour of the respondent no.5 then the petitioner can always approach the Sub- Divisional Magistrate/District Magistrate under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen A
