When there was a certain misunderstanding between the petitioners and the respondent no.4, the latter had lodged a first information report dated 04.01.2025 in Case Crime No.0002 of 2025, under Sections 85, 115(2), 74, 64 & 351 (2) Β.N.S. and Section 3/4 D.P.
