When there was a certain misunderstanding between the petitioners and the respondent no. 3, the latter had lodged a first information report dated 08.01.2025 which had given rise to Case Crime no. 0004 of 2025, under Sections 491, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506 of I.P.C., Police Station - Mirza Murad Commissionerate.
