Learned counsel for the accused-applicant contends that the accused-applicant has been implicated in the present case, which has been registered in the month of July, 2024. The only material available against the accused-applicant is using of mobile handset for transferring of Rs.10,00,000/-. The handset is of the accused- applicant, as the co-accused Akash Jain has taken the handset for Rs.25,000/- and used it for ulterior purpose, not within the knowledge of the accused-applicant.
