Haris Khan, Advocate appears and submits that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in Case Crime No. 361 of 2024, under Section 2/3 Gangster Act, Police Station Nauchandi, District Meerut. 2. Learned counsel contends that there are two cases in the gang chart and in both cases, applicant is on bail. Apart from the cases shown in the gang chart, applicant has criminal history of 13 other cases to his credit, in one of which final report has been submitted by the police and in 12 cases the applicant has already been granted bail. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 3. The prayer for bail has been vehemently opposed by learned A.G.A. However he does not dispute the fact that the applicant has been granted bail in both the cases mentioned against him in the gang chart and as criminal history. 4. This Court has taken into considera
