The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Special Case No. 3751 of 2023 arising out of Case Crime No. 304 of 2022, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, police station Narora, district Bulandshahar during the pendency of trial. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart, the applicant is said to have involved in 05 criminal cases, in which he has already been enlarged on bail, copy of bail orders has been brought on record as Annexure No. 4 to the bail application.
