Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 in Case Crime No.469 of 2022, Police Station-Koraon, District-Prayagraj. 3. Sri Satish Sharma and Sri Dipanshu Kushwaha, learned advocates, appear for the applicant and submits that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case by the police. All the cases are of same nature of theft and recovery opened by the police on arresting the accused in absence of independent witnesses.
