The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 746 of 2024, under Section 2B(1), 2B(xi), 3(1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, police station Ramgarhtaal, district Gorakhpur during the pendency of trial. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart, the applicant is said to have involved in 05 criminal cases, in which he has already been enlarged on bail, copies of bail orders have been brought on record as Annexure No. 3 to the bail application and Annexure No. SA-1 to the supplementary affidavit dated 04.07.2025.
