Jamshed, Advocate holding the brief of applicant and submits that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case, who is merely a driver, the allegation against the applicant is that he is driving Pick-up vehicle carrying nine cattle. The police has apprehended the accused-applicant and five others for the offence of Cow Slaughter Act and Prevention of Animal Cruetly Act. There is no independent witness of the arrest and recovery.
