Learned counsel for the accused-applicant contends that in gang-chart only one case has been shown against the accused-applicant in which he is on bail. The applicant is in jail since 01.01.2025. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 3. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail. 4. This Court has taken into consideration the rival submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and perused the records which prima facie reveals that there is only one case shown in the gang-chart in which the accused-applicant is on bail.
