First bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 29.11.2024 passed in C.M.B.A. No.41894 of 2024. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 565 of 2024, under Sections 323, 328, 302, 498A of I.P.C., Police Station- Majhola, District - Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by three days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The informant has been examined during trial as PW-1 and has completely resiled from
