As per prosecution case, in brief, complainant got a first information report lodged against the applicant Moh. Asharf and co-accused Habibullah on 05.02.2025 for the offence under Sections 85 and 109 BNS alleging inter alia that her sister Tarunni got married to Moh. Asharf about 15 years ago.
