Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Koraon, District Prayagraj. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant contends that in gang-chart only six cases have been shown against the accused-applicant. In all the cases shown against the accused-applicant, he is on bail. The applicant is in jail since 04.01.2025. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 3. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail but he could not dispute that in all the cases shown against the accused-applicant in the gang-chart, he is on bail. 4.
