Learned counsel for the accused-applicant contends that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in case of police encounter and under Cow Slaughter Act, wherein the accused- applicant has been apprehended in police encounter case. The arrest and recovery has been made in absence of independent witness. There is criminal history of 13 cases, which has been duly explained. It is submitted that in all the cases shown against the applicant, he is on bail. It is prayed that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 3.
