Mr. Amarjeet Upadhyay, learned advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that accused-applicant is a lady and she has been falsely implicated in the case of cyber crime wherein the FIR has been registered in the month of July 2024 by the informant Kalyan Ghosh, who has been made to invest Rs. 1.47 Crores for trading but defrauded by anonymous persons. During investigation, it is revealed that Rs. 51 Lacs has been credited to the account of present accused-applicant.
