This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Ravi Chaudhary, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 01 of 2025, under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 190, 103 (1), 61 (2) Ka BNS and Section 7 CLA Act, Police Station- Sikandra, District- Agra. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 14.06.2019. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Kishan, has already been enlarged on bail of by coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 06.05.2025 passed in C
