Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, in Case Crime No. 836 of 2024, Police Station- Kotwali Dehat, District-Bulandshahar. 3. Ms. Reena Pal, learned advocate appeared for the applicant and submits that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The accused has been bailed out in all four cases detailed shown in the gang chart.
