The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Monu @ Amir @ Baba for the offence punishable under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, in Case Crime No. 208 of 2023, Police Station- Sector- 58 Noida, District-Gautam Budh Nagar. 2. Shri Rakesh Kumar Srivastava, learned advocate, appears and submits that there are four cases shown in the gang chart to the credit of the accused applicant of which in all four the cases the accused-applicant has been bailed out. It is further submitted that in addition to above, the accused-applicant has criminal history of nine cases, which has been explained in paragraph 10 of the affidavit accompanying bail application.
