Supplementary affidavit filed today by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A for the State Respondent and perused the record. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the two other co-accused Mahesh and Rajaram have already been acquitted by the Trial Court and one similarly situated co-accused namely Jitendra has already been enlarged on bail by the Lower Court vide order dated 28.06.2019. It is thus contended that the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity.
