The present bail application has been moved by the applicant-accused Mohan Alias Monu for the offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2), 109 of B.N.S. & Sections 3/25/27 of Arms Act in Case Crime No. 814 of 2024, Police Station- Baghpat, District-Baghpat. 2. Sri Parvish Kumar, learned advocate appeared for the applicant and submits that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case wherein there was an altercation between the family of informant and accused. A role of opening fire has been attributed to the accused in the F.I.R. wherein it is mentioned that the accused has opened fire with intention to kill, which hits Sudhir @ Bittu, who came to meddle in between the parties. There is no intention on the part of the accused to kill injured. The medical report reveals that the injured suffered a gun shot wound on his thigh, which is non-vital part. The other co-accused
