Act, Police Station Atarra, District Banda. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant, contends that a quantum of 20.700 kgs Ganja has been allegedly recovered from the accused-applicant, which is allegedly grown in the open space of his house. There is no independent witness of arrest and recovery. The mandatory provision of Section 50 N.D.P.S. Act has not been complied. The applicant is languishing in jail since 02.01.2025. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 3.
