Mr. Anwar Hussain, learned advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the case of Essential Commodities Act whereas co- accused Nasim has been arrested and nine gas cylinder have been confiscated by the police and the allegation has been leveled against the accused-applicant that he is running the shop wherein the cylinder are being re-filled. The accused has not been arrested from the place of incident. The reason for false implication is that accused-applicant is a Press Correspondent and has published certain news items against the police personnel, due to which the false case has been levelled against the accused.
