Mr.Surendra Kumar Chaubey, learned advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the case, wherein the FIR has been registered against three accused, two of the co-accused have already been granted bail. All the three accused have been given the role of firing a shot at the victim, who has suffered a gun-shot injury at his right hand.
