This is second bail application of the applicant. First bail application of the applicant was rejected by this court. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that prosecution evidence is almost complete. Applicant is in jail since 09.06.2022. The defence evidence will take time to conclude. Applicant has criminal history of 18 cases including the present case. Learned counsel for the informant submits that after including this case the criminal history of the applicant will come to 19 cases. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions. Keeping in view the nature of the offence, evidence, complicity of the accused; submissions of the learned counsel for the parties noted above; fi
