Sri A.C.Srivastava, Advocate and Ms Preeti, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Raman Pandey, appear for the applicant and submit that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in Case Crime No.649 of 2024, under Sections 8/20/29/37/60 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Gadhmukteshwar, District Hapur. 3. Learned counsels for the accused-applicant, contend that a quantum of 40 kg of Ganja has been allegedly recovered from the accused-applicant. There is no independent witness of arrest and recovery. The mandatory provision of Section 50 of N.D.P.S. Act has not been complied. The applicant has no criminal history.
