Act in Case Crime No.20 of 2024, Police Station- N.C.B. Lucknow/Kabrai, District- Lucknow. 4. Sri Devi Prasad Tripathi, learned counsel appears for the applicant and submits that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the case, who is shown as driver of the truck from which recovery of 251.1 kg. ganja has been confiscated by the NCB
