Sri Vipul Pandey, learned Advocate holding brief of Sri Ashish Pandey, counsel appears for the NCB and again prays for further time to file counter affidavit. 2. The order sheet shows that despite repeated opportunities, counter affidavit has not been filed. On the last occasion, it is specifically stated that no further time will be granted. As such, the bail application is taken for hearing. 3. The present bail application has been moved by the applicant-accused Rahul Pal for the offence punishable under Sections 8C/20/25/29 of N.D.P.S. Act in Case Crime No.20 of 2024, Police Station- N.C.B. Lucknow/Kabrai, District- Lucknow. 4. Sri Devi Prasad Tripathi, learned counsel appears for the applicant and submits that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the case, who is shown as driver of the truck from which recovery of 251.1 kg. ganja has been confiscated by the NCB
