Act in Case Crime No.308 of 2024, Police Station-Madhuban Bapudham, District-Ghaziabad. 2. The applicant is named in the FIR. 3. Mr.Pratap Kanchan Singh and Mr.Satendra Singh, learned advocates, appear on behalf of applicant and submit that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the case showing the recovery of Ganja, who is only a truck driver and the mandatory compliance of N.D.P.S. Act has not been carried out. The recovery has not been made in presence of any independent witness. As such, the accused-applicant may be enlarged on bail. 4.
