Sri A.C. Srivastava, learned counsel appears for the applicant has filed supplementary affidavit today in the Court to explain the criminal history of the applicant, which is taken on record. 2. The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Manish for the offence punishable under Sections 8/20/29/37/60 of N.D.P.S. Act, 1985 in Case Crime No.649 of 2024, Police Station- Gadhmukteshwar, District- Hapur. 3. Learned counsel appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case, the recovery of 40 kg. ganja from the joint possession of three accused persons including the applicant. The accused- applicant has been shown as the driver of the car. The arrest and recovery of the accused has not been made in the presence of independent witness. The mandatory provision of Section 50 N.D.P.S. Act has not been complied. The applicant is languishing in jail since 18.12.2024. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant
