The present bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant Sharma Sahni, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 142 of 2024, under Sections 8, 20, 29 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Babri, District Shamli during the pendency of the trial. 2. Sri Onkar Singh, learned advocate appeared for the applicant and submitted that the accused has been falsely implicated in the case wherein contraband 'charas' measuring 7 kg 550 gms has been confiscated from the possession of accused applicant. It is further submitted that the mandatory compliance of Section 50 of the N.D.P.S. Act has not been carried out, the F.I.R. disclosed the name of some Manish instead of accused applicant. It is further submitted that the Gazetted Officer in whose presence the search has allegedly been carried out is the person of the raiding party. Thus, not a compliance under Section 50
