Act, in Case Crime No.229 of 2024, Police Station-Cyber Crime, District-Ghaziabad. 2. Sri Virpratap Singh, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused has been falsely implicated in the case whereas his role is only to the extent that his bank account, which has been opened by the company has been misused and Rs.12,000/- is transferred in his account pertaining to cyber fraud.
