The present bail application has been moved by the applicant-accused Sani @ Sani Gihar for the offence punishable under Section 3(1) U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, in Case Crime No. 342 of 2023, Police Station- Bilhaur, District-Kanpur Nagar. 3. Shri Arunesh Kumar Kushwaha, learned advocate, holding brief appeared for the applicant and submits that the accused has been bailed out in five cases detailed in the gang chart and in other five cases which is shown as a criminal history, the accused is bailed out in four cases except the case for offence under Sections 3, 25 of the Arms Act. It is further submitted that the criminal history of eight cases shown in the gang chart against the accused at page 29 is incorrect mentioned of eight cases, which is conceded by the learned A.G.A.
