The present bail application has been moved by the applicant-accused Rajnikant for the offence punishable under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangster Act registered in Case Crime No. 748 of 2024, Police Station- Surajpur, District- Gautam Buddh Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant, contends that there are ten base cases have been shown against the accused-applicant in the gang chart. The accused has confessed seven cases and in three cases, he is on bail. Apart from the cases shown in the gang chart, applicant has criminal history of one case to his credit, in which he is on bail. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 4.
