Mr. Rajesh Kumar Roy Sharma, learned Advocate, appears on behalf of the applicant submits that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in this case, wherein accused has been apprehended by the Centre Superintendent from the Examination Centre with the allegation that he has appeared in the examination to give exam for the co-accused Dharmendra Singh. The charge sheet has been submitted and the accused applicant is languishing in jail since 14.12.2024. The accused-applicant is a student, who is preparing for competitive examination.
