The instant bail application at the instance of the applicant, Mohd. Muzaffar, has been filed seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 428 of 2016, under Section 3/5A/8 Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and 120B IPC, Police Station Nawabganj, District Prayagraj. 3. It has been argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this very case for ulterior motive. The applicant was not named in the FIR and his name has surfaced after 8 years relying upon the statement of a co- accused Nurain @ Noora.
