The present bail application has been moved by the applicant-accused Nadeem for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 414 I.P.C. and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, in Case Crime No.297 of 2023, Police Station-Simbhawali, District- Hapur. 2. Sri Nikil Pathak, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused has been falsely implicated in the police encounter case where none of the police persons suffered any gun shot injury. It is next submitted that the accused is in jail since 13.09.2023. The co-accused, who is shown sprinted off from the place of incident has been granted bail from the court. The charge sheet has already been submitted. 3. Per contra, learned AGA submits that there is a criminal history of 25 cases but in none of the case, the accused has been convicted. 4.
