Mr.Surya Pratap Singh, learned advocate holding the brief, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused- applicant is a cloth-merchant, who has been falsely implicated in the present case, wherein an alleged arms factory has been unearthed from where 10 ready country-made pistol of .315 bore and 12 country-made pistol of .315 bore in the making and other incriminating articles used for the purpose of arms factory have been confiscated by the police.
