The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused-Abhisek alias Anuj involved in in Case Crime No. 116 of 2024, under Sections 319 (2), 318 (4), 336 (3), 338, 340 (2), 3 (5) of The Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita and Section 66 (C) and 66 (D) of IT Act, Police Station Basrehar , District Etawah. 3. Mr. Ansar Ahmed, learned Advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the case by the police, wherein certain alleged incriminating articles have been recovered at the behest of applicant and other co-accused.
